Who we are
The Sharpness Sports and Social Club is run by volunteers and is a fun and friendly place to be, where everyone is welcome.
We open 7 days a week and are here not just for the local community, we welcome visitors from near and far.
Located in an idyllic spot nestled between scenic countryside, the picturesque River Severn and the historic Gloucester & Sharpness Canal, the walks here are hard to beat!
We offer a warm welcome alongside a great selection of wines, beers and spirits, or even just a cosy cup of tea or coffee in front of the fire, we have something for everyone!
So whether you're from out of town and have stumbled upon us on a canal side walk, or a regular visitor, come in and see us...
we'd love to see you!
Our Furry Friends
Not only are we a dog friendly club, but we have a great supply of treats ready to spoil your furry loved ones!
The spot in front of our fireplace is firmly reserved for our four legged friends to curl up and enjoy a well deserved snooze after a long walk.
Camping
Surround yourself in beautiful countryside and pitch up in our extensive grounds, with Elsan disposal and access to fresh water, your essential camping needs are taken care of!
Top this off with a drink or two and perhaps a bite to eat... what more could you ask for? With beautiful views of the River Severn on your doorstep, it's a little slice of West County heaven!
